Most contact forms will store all entries in a database for you to reference at any time. Contact forms are a great way to send auto responses to multiple people, or enable you to run follow-up campaigns and nurture the lead through the sales funnel.

Not Knowing Your Audience 

Understanding your audience is critical in creating content people care about. People want to know what you can do for them and how you can make their lives better and simpler. This should be clear and evident in the content on your website. It should connect with your target audience on a personal level and use conversational language that speaks directly to them.

Webpage Instead of Landing Page 

Landing pages are an indispensable part of your marketing strategy. A landing page is a web page that allows you to capture a visitor's information through a lead-capture form. Creating landing pages allows you to target your audience, offer them something of value, and convert a higher percentage of your visitors into leads, while also capturing information about who they are and what they've converted on.
