Our existing client, Texas Gas came to us looking to help them develop a new company name, logo, and various marketing content. The resulting success is undeniable. Our focus was on developing a clear understanding of their targets using Neuromarketing models. The company launched in mid 2020 as Centric Fiber, and by mid 2021, their sales exceeded $200 million.
Creative & Tech Work Together
Our Sales-driven Creative approach led us to clean designs and even a corporate mascot, the 'GigaGuide' who reinforced their key deliverable, Gigabit speeds delivered on day one for new homeowners and the personalized support that Centric Fiber offered. It all culminated into a smashing success as we also helped them implement best-in-class technology to enable Centric Fiber to keep up with their runaway growth.

GigaGuides model excellent service
Our illustrators created Gigaguides delivering multiple aspects of service and they even appeared on vehicle wraps to further imbed the new brand across all customer interactions.
On-Target developed API connections for operational systems so they could communicate effectively and enable Centric Fiber to deliver faster responses and mange their rapid growth with minimal staffing.
