For the third time On Target! Agency has been named Houston area’s 100 fastest-growing private companies. CEO Scott Steiner explained to the Houston Business Journal that their growth is a result of their increasing efforts in making the agency one of the best places to work.

Spend a day in the office at On-Target! and you will quickly see what makes the company so unique. Located in Vintage Park, the office space is designed to incentivize and encourage creativity. Open workspaces, Zen décor, and a café known as the design studio are a few examples of the office ambience.  

It’s no secret that the company is family owned. Being a member of the On-Target! team is much like being a part of a family— where birthdays are always celebrated and group outings are common. In just the past few weeks the team raced one another on go-karts, enjoyed the innovation of a Pixar film, and soaked up the sun on a pontoon boat ride.

Owners Scott and Tasha Steiner advocate that the highest quality of work lies within the talents of the individuals they hire. Last year the company introduced a quarterly profit-sharing program in which On Target! employees receive a 12-15 percent increase in compensation beyond the competitive pay.
