On-Target!’s collaboration of work for real estate developer client Falls at Imperial Oaks earned the agency prestigious Grand Award in Promotion along with 4 prestigious titles.

The agency was presented with Billboard of the Year for a fun design that reached beyond the mundane and connected with potential homebuyers in a unique way. The board catered to dog lovers alike, featuring the communty’s exceptionally large dog park. With the goal of building brand awareness and audience curiosity, results were almost immediate.
Following the dog park theme, On-Target! created a one-of-a-kind radio campaign called “Happy Tails” earning the team Radio Commercial of the Year. In this campaign, On-Target! used a 1930’s era serial show with character voices attributed to dogs in the neighborhood. Each storyline was used to highlight the community’s strongest selling points from a unique angle. These tongue-in-cheek ads stood-out from the clutter, increasing traffic by 53%.

Both Falls at Imperial Oaks and On-Target! are celebrating the success of a brilliant initiative that increased web traffic and inquires by 41%, recognized as Internet Marketing Campaign of the Year. The strategic campaign focused on two target groups— consumers and REALTORS®, supported by banner ads, email campaigns and landing pages.
On-Target! was also a finalist in Television/Video of the Year thanks to a community events video shared across email, social media and web landing pages. The video was viewed over 4,000 times in less than a two-month period, turning 228 viewers into qualified leads for Falls at Imperial Oaks.
