No two days are exactly the same here. We're looking for a Web Coordinator who's gritty, resourceful, and comfortable handling a steady flow of web work.
In this role, you'll keep projects moving — building pages, making updates, and ensuring everything is clean, functional, and ready to launch. You'll work closely with our marketing and design team to bring campaigns to life across HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and update websites, landing pages, and email templates in HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, and other similar platforms
- Implement page layouts and email designs from design mockups or marketing briefs
- Perform ongoing website maintenance, monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting
- Assist with on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, page titles, image optimization, internal links, etc.)
- Manage content updates including blog posts, page edits, and landing page creation
- Build, test, and troubleshoot email campaigns and automated workflows
- Ensure pages and emails are mobile responsive and properly formatted
- Support site performance improvements and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to launch new pages, emails, and campaigns
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience working with website CMS platforms
- Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a collaborative marketing environment

A Typical Day Might Look Like
- Taking a design layout and building it into a landing page in WordPress
- Testing and checking HubSpot email workflows to make sure everything runs smoothly
- Scanning sites for outdated sales or marketing content and updating as needed
- Troubleshooting site issues and running speed/performance diagnostics
- Building or updating email templates for upcoming campaigns
- Monitoring and documenting web performance for key clients to track ongoing improvements
