Holcomb Properties Company's master-planned community, Falls at Imperial Oaks, had ambitious goals to close out in 2019 but their overall budget needed to be cut by 32%. They needed one final campaign to cost-effectively drive results.


Using marketing automation tools, we targeted homebuyers with specific offers based on web behavioral personas and marketing automation using persona-based landing pages with custom videos and automated lead-nurturing activities.

While the emphasis was on digital advertising, we also included a direct mail piece, a billboard, and Realtor events to generate additional lift.
