Challenge

Ryko Development needed to launch their new section, Lakes of Bella Terra West, with a high velocity of sales right out of the gate. Located in the rapidly-growing and extremely competitive Ft. Bend market, these new homes range from the $230s to the mid $300s.

Approach

One of the many things we did to help was creating a highly-targeted and whimsical internet marketing campaign to draw in qualified buyers and highlight desired features.

Mystical bedrooms captured attention in display ads, and charming, roomy closets in social ads brought prospects in to explore, while a variety of remarketing ads kept the community's name on their mind. Content also included landing/thank you pages and drip emails.
