Trend Development operates in highly-competitive markets and competes with companies that have exponentially-larger budgets.

They also have a distinct selling season where most of their profit is generated and three unique target audiences - builders, realtors and potential residents that each requires a tailored conversion experience.

We began our relationship by diving deep into their buyer personas to understand which people are the most likely to close for each of their communities. We then assessed their current branding, collateral, and marketing touchpoints to find where we could generate quick wins. 

Over the years, we have expanded our scope to provide full-service marketing support with a focus on closing out their current communities and helping them remain competitive for new opportunities.
